We have been getting a lot of positive feedback about the music in the last few releases, slower and softer but still driving. This release is more of the same! The Tai Chi track has one of the loveliest modern sounds we’ve had so far in this position, and it just gets better from there. The most challenging Track 3 in a while – we didn’t need to lengthen it – you’ll see why! The dual Track 4’s are great examples of old and new – guess who choreographed each one? And the core challenge this round will knock your socks off – if you’re crazy enough to be wearing any. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to BODYBALANCE 76! We choreographed this release while on holiday... can you tell? It’s smooth and slow and accompanied by a lot of upbeat music – it’s really pretty lovely, even if we do say so ourselves! Highlights include a fast Vinyasa Sun Salutations track, guaranteed to get you very warm, a double Standing Strength hit – both so good that we couldn’t decide which one to use so gave you both – and possibly the hardest yet simplest Track 6 ever... you’ll love it – eventually :) Enjoy J&D
