It is a beautiful release. Like a walk in the park on a summers day. It is like a nice drive in the country, music on, top down sun at the head.

I heard the version you have and it sounds and is different from ours. I hate to say this, my perception of this release is from what we have down under.

Breathe awesome vocally enhancing, brings me into the class.
Gorecki drifts so wonderfully into track 1, a bit of confusion, I know the chore from the previous time this was released. Loved that version.
I Got You drifts so well from tracks 1, 2 smooth transition awesome music, breathless.
I'm Yours playful track love the music awesome summer feel in the track heaps of fun and lightness in the music,
Empire State Of Mind (Part II) is sung by Bodytonix a male singer fronts the track awesome love the track a very romantic moment in a release. The guy singing the track is unreal awesome vocals.
Pistollet is back with Pocket Full of Sunshine awesome soul feeling to the track a great sing along track, love it.
I Run to You Color of Love is awesome love the original version of this track. Listened to your version of the track not as good as the version from Color of Love. Heaps of fun and flutter kicks a real fun track. To me one of the highlights of the release. One of my favorite track 7's besides Fatboy Slim from release 27. Nice country feel love it.
Sign of Victory Sandy Lewis awesome track music is brilliant, a uplifting track.
The class ends with The Only Exception by Osaki Blue, love the way the last 4 tracks flow into each other,
Lovesong From The Mountains wow what a wonderful piece of music who could not love the music from this track?
Awaken The Dawn ends the class bringing to an end an outstanding class. I adore this peace of music, it breaks my heart every time I hear it. Reflective and soul searching.

It is a wonderful tapestry of music intertwined in a wonderful release.

I adore this release as it is a wonder summer release. Loved being taught by Dr Dave the class and the wonderful Kylie Gates.

It it just a wonderful release, love the PPCA Free version of this release.

Awesome and mind blowing.

Les Mills International

Beautiful smooth, fluid movements are the signature of this 51st release form BODYBALANCE®. The transition between moves is almost a important as the poses themselves - you're working but it should all feel very relaxed.

The Tai Chi Warm-Up in Track 1 gets things flowing with the aptly-named song Breathe leading you through some lovely big circling sweeps of the arms and body to warm you up slowly.

We move into Yoga with Gorecki and the songs slow build provides the perfect backdrop for Sun Salutations immerse yourself into your breath as you rise with the swell of the song though each inhalation and exhalation.

Enjoy a change of scenery with the cute love song I'm Yours in the Balance Track. Be prepared for a few wobbles in this one when you first start out. The travel to New York where Empire State of Mind urges you on through those slow deepening lunges.

Track 6 and 7 provide some contrast to the drama of the songs around them and will really give you core abdominals and back a great workout Then celebrate with Twists in Track 8, set to the 2010 FIFA World Cup theme song - Sign Of A Victory. No vuvuzelas here please.

Hamstrings time and we welcome back the Dolphin Pose, which provides a deep big stretch for your shoulders and legs as you push your body back. Then lie back and indulge in some well earned Relaxation and Meditation.

Just listened for the first time, the best of Bodybalance PPCA Free CD. In just a few words, very cool. I love the way that they have still remained true to the essence of the tracks recovered for Australian Instructors. A full review is coming this week-end.

14 October 2010

This release marks the 50th release of Bodybalance/Flow/Healing. As everyone knows we have the PPCA Free version of Bodybalance here. The review is based on this release.

Well were do I start a massive release. This is the kickoff of the 50's series of Bodybalance. At the workshop I came in late and did not to do the preview section, where they went through the new moves. So, I was fresh and had no idea of the moves or the chore for the release.

Track One - Soldier of Love, a very cool and funky start to the class, the return of the swing and wrap from previous releases. It is not hard to learn, love the flowing blocks in this track. The breath forward sequence is breathtaking, I have the original "Sade" CD with this track on. Ours feels more soulful and was a wonderful intro to this class.

Track Two - Won't Give Up, a classic sun salutation sequence. It is a long sun salutation sequence this time. Reminds me in bits of earlier sun salutations. The moves in this track are very fluid and seamless. The sequences encourage, more rythmic breathing and sinking into the poses. There is nothing new in this one, it still feels new and fresh.

Track three - Breakeven, WOW in one word. Harder than you may think. My hips (well if I had them) felt this track. Love the Extended Warriors and the new Lateral Move. For a track about 6 minutes in total it left an lasting impact on me. Love the music and love the cover artist version of this track.

Track four - I See You, is one of the hardest track four's in a long time. The transition in the poses requires great concentration. By the end of the track I was dripping water all over the place. Love the return of the star pose. Overall a wonderful sequence of poses. Just love the flow of this track.

Track five - Wanted - Ujjay Breathing come to this release. There is allot of softness in this track. The breathing cycles stand out for me in this release. Kind of reminds me of Kiss Me from a few releases back. Both are short tracks and leave a memorable mark. The end in star sequence, is breathless.

Track six - Sweet and Amazing, comes to Bodybalance part of the track remind me of track 6 Ain't Nobody - Kelly Price from Bodybalance 23. There is the same sequence in this track. My abs were screaming by the end of this track.

Track seven - Hey Soul Sister, it is a massive back track a short track with allot of sting in it. Parts of Music Matters - Faithless feat Cass Fox from Bodybalance 38 in parts. A  funky track lots of loctus poses and leg work. It is exactly what I love about this track and outstanding.

Track eight - Please Don't Stop the Rain - nothing new here lots of familiar yoga poses. In saying this I don't this distracts from the track and it's objectives. Love the intense poses, and the ending set of poses.

Track nine (a) - Vanilla Twilight, to me this is the highlight of this release along with track nine (b) we don't get to often a standing track 9 this is very  welcome, love the triangle poses. This track and the poses are breathtaking.

Track nine (b) - Here I Confess, as with the above is the highlight of this release. Love the new pose in this track. I thought when doing it originally how in the world am I going to do this? Well it is broken down into a set of wonderfully strung together poses. The track is simply outstanding the poses, what more can I say. I love this track.

Track ten - A Hundred Thousand Angles - What a wonderful ending to the class. Reminds me of the early days of Bodybalance, say from releases 8 - 10 meditation and relaxation.

Track - Tally's Lullaby bring out the release and connects to the start of the release. Love this track and reminds me of the journey from track 1 to now.

Overall, an out standing release. Loved every moment of this release. The best is yet to come in the 50's series of Bodybalance. If this is the gauge of what is to come bring on Bodybalance release 51.

The PPCA Free version is an awesome release.

No Original Artists - 100% Cover Artists

The rest of the world gets original artists for their releases. We get 100% cover versions of the releases and no original artists. I initially was upset with this and thought. How bad can this get? Well I was wrong, I love all three releases we have of Bodybalance PPCA Free and love the uniqueness of the releases.

In the transition period we had the original artists for release 49, when the change over came there was no reason for the original to be played. So, embracing the new and exciting future of cover versions I now love the whole concept of no original artists and love the uniqueness of the releases now.

I love Bodyblance 50 PPCA Free an awesome release and don't miss the originals one bit at all.

This release comes to you from the heart. You will feel light and uplifted as you journey through song after song filled with beautiful lyrics.

Conjure One's Extraordinary Ways sets the mood in the Tai Chi Warmup.

Feel the energy of this wonderful music during the Arm Swings and Archer movements before coming into calmness for the Arm Circles.

The fun continues in Track 3's Live Like We're Dying. Lose yourself in the feeling as you work through these Standing Strength moves and work on bringing life and vitality to every pose. Play with chart-topping Fireflies in Track 5 and look out for two fun new moves. This song was the most downloaded song on iTunes in the USA when it was released. Work confidently and Just Say Yes to the emotion of Track 7 and move towards the optional Back Bend.

We finish with a chilled-out remake of White Flag and a Pyramid Pose. Surrender and enjoy.

Release Date: May 2010!

BODYBALANCE® is turning 50 and it's never been better with a sublime blend of music and choreography that takes you deep into the Yoga experience. Pearl Gun warms things up in Track 1 as we ease through a series of simple moves to the deep tribal feel of Soldier Of Love. Standing Strength will have you stretching to new limits with a reworked expression of the Warrior 1 stretch – the Lateral Bend. Fortunately, old favorites The Script are on hand to help make anything seem possible with their track Break even. We're joining the stars of "Avatar" for Track 4 and it's not just Leona Lewis' uplifting song I See You that's courtesy of the award-winning movie. Jackie Mills has also played with the themes, and references the story of the Navi in the choreography. Track 4 introduces Ujjayi Breathing which is new to BODYBALANCE® but a fundamental practice in Yoga. Imagine your throat narrowing as you use the technique to release stress and calm your body. The two Core Tracks get straight to the point and are focused on what they do best – working the abdominals and back – before Please Don't Stop The Rain leads us into a Down Dog Twist in Track 8.

This is an advanced move but give it a try. The feeling you get when you master this is incredible – you're grounded on one arm and get a beautiful twist through the spine.

There's plenty of drama in the Forward Bends – with a dramatic move to match – and then the emotion of The Bliss' track, 100 Thousand Dancers, provides the perfect bridge into the final Relaxation.

September 2010!
